How To Truly Live Your Most Badass Life

Hello, you guys. Welcome back to another episode on the podcast. And today what we're going to talk about is how to actually live your most bad-ass and epic life. But why is it then we live like we're promised tomorrow. Why? Because I will tell you something, you guys, 178,000 people on average die every single day.

They didn't realize that yesterday was going to be their last day on earth or at least most of them. Didn't right. So why is it then that we all live, like we're promised tomorrow, because if there's nothing else that we learned in the past couple of years with all of the craziness that's happening in the world, it's that we're not promised to me.

And we're not promised tomorrow is going to give us the tools and the resources that we have today in order to step into our lives purpose. So you guys, you need to understand that we can't continue putting our dreams off till tomorrow. We have to start embracing and stepping into them today, knowing that we are the creators of our life, we are in charge of our destinies and it's up to us to figure out what that is and embrace it every single day.

So will there be risks? Yeah, there will be. Will you make mistakes? Yeah, you will. But you guys, your brain is a fear based mechanism. So, if you listen to it, you're going to keep living the same comfortable life that you've been living. Your gut feeling is deep down within your soul. It's your intuition.

It's telling you that you should be doing something more or you listening to it when you're at that job that you don't enjoy. And your body is just fighting. It. You're feeling tired. Fatigue, maybe you're getting sick. Like I used to, when I was at work, I would be sick in the bathroom for hours. The doctors didn't know what was wrong.

I didn't know it was wrong. They said my vitals look fine. I said, I looked fine, but my body was dying. My body was like, you are not supposed to be doing this. You need to listen to. So you guys, I want to ask you, what are you following right now? Are you following what your brain is telling you to do?

We're just keeping you safe or are you following what inside of you is telling you you're supposed to be doing? You end up the sad part. Most people don't listen to that gut feeling. They don't listen to their intuition and they don't live up to their magic. What they're put here on this earth to do.

Now, I don't remember where I heard this, so don't get mad at me, but I've heard that the number one thing that people on their death bed say is that they wish they would have lived up to their full potential. So somewhere along the way, and many people's lives, they know that they're meant to do and be more, but they don't take action towards it.

They continue settling, staying in their comfort zone and living in that security and their number one regret is that they didn't step into who they were supposed to become in this one precious life. And they figure this out when it was too late. You guys, there is no rewind by. I hate to tell you that I wish sometimes there were, you know, we could rewind a couple of minutes and maybe not say the thing that we said, maybe not, you know, go where we went, but there's not.

So that means that it is our job as humans to realize what we do in every single moment of every single day. Has the chance and the opportunity to change the direct trajectory of the rest of our lives? No pressure. No, it was a lot of pressure, but you guys, when you have the awareness. Every day, when you wake up, you need to not only set the intention for your day, but you need to make sure that it's aligned on the path to get you to that dream life and get you to the place where you're living your most bad-ass and authentic life.

You've got to be actively fucking pursuing that every single day, because if you don't and you're not aware of this and you don't set intentions, you're kind of sleeping your way through the comfort zone of life. You're letting your brain guide. I'm worried that one day you're going to wake up and realize that you didn't live up to your full potential.

You didn't live your most bad-ass life. I don't want you to wake up with that kind of regret. I want you to get to the end of your life and look back and be like, oh damn I did it. I showed him. I did not stay in my own way. I was guided by my intuition, by my gut feeling that said, you know what you are meant to do more.

So whether you guys are listening to this or watching this, I want you to really let this message sink in the new year is upon us. It is time do not let 2022 pass you by. Where you allow yourself to stay in, , your comfort zone, no matter what that looks like for you, it is time for you to grab the bull by the fricking horns and realize that now is your time.

Now is your opportunity to step into your most authentic and bad ass life ever. But I want you to be aware of when this gut feeling is pulling you towards something. Because that's where a lot of people go wrong. They let their brain protect them so much to where they no longer listen to that call. I want you to sit back with yourself.

You can meditate on this for a little while. If you want to try to shut off all of your thoughts and let yourself just be, because in that silence, you're giving yourself space to figure out what you're actually called. I really enjoy practicing meditation. First thing in the morning for at least 15 minutes, you guys, and I have that monkey mind that is just raising around just okay, this shiny object, this thought, this thought, and I'm still not very good at meditation, to be honest.

And I've been doing it for about two years now, every single day. So I don't care how bad you think you are at this. You guys having the power to review. Take back control of your brain is it's amazing. And right now, a book recommendation that I have for you is the power of now by Eckhart. Totally.

Probably just really butchered that name. So I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. But. That book has already started to change my life. Just reminding me of the power of meditation and being able to find that more enlightened side of you, because if the more in tune you can get to that side of you, the more you're going to be able to not only find out what your calling truly is and what your purpose truly is, but you're going to be able to step into that and quiet the brain that tries to keep you safe.

So if you really want to know how to live your most bad-ass life, It starts with you. It starts with an understanding that the voice inside of you is not your brain, right? Don't listen to your head. Let's do your thinking. Thoughts. You're your brains trying to keep you safe. It's that voice inside of you in your soul that is acting as your guide and you need to lean into.

Lean into that you guys, because everything you want to do in your life is going to require you to step outside of this comfort zone that you've kind of sunk your way into as your brain's way of keeping you safe. Okay. I want you January 1st, 2023. That sounds so crazy to me. I want you to stand there.

It'd be reflecting on 2022 and say, you know what? That was my best frickin year yet. I did it. And what did you do? I'm sure. You're thinking that right now. What did you do? What am I going to do? What you're going to do in 2022 is you're going to finally not say you're going to do the thing that you've been called to do.

You're going to start doing the damn thing. And if you need somebody, who's going to give you that little kick in the panties to actually take action and do these things. That's what I'm here for.
